Shipping policy
Production Time
All of our products are printed and fulfilled on demand. This means your order goes into production after it is placed — we do not carry pre-made inventory.
- Standard production time: 3–7 business days
- Peak season production time (holidays, sales events): 5–10 business days
Production time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery window is production time + shipping time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are accepted for Standard Shipping only.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware of the following when ordering internationally:
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
- Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance processes, which are outside of our control.
- Restricted Countries: We are unable to ship to certain countries due to carrier restrictions or legal limitations. If your country is unavailable, you will be notified at checkout.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different fulfillment centers and shipped in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional charge.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — we can only make address changes before production begins.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but subsequently stolen. We recommend enabling delivery alerts or using a secure delivery location.
- Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during high-volume periods (holidays, weather events, etc.). We are not liable for carrier-caused delays once an order has been handed off for shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or buyer's remorse. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.
